Dr. Ali Aminlari is a Board Certified Endodontist. He grew up in Rochester Hills and attended the University of Michigan for his pre-doctoral studies. He graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 2004. He continued his education in Chicago at Illinois Masonic Medical Center treating medically compromised patients as a dental resident. Dr. Aminlari worked as a general dentist in Canton, Michigan for three years before returning to UofM to receive a Masters in Endodontics in 2011. Dr. Aminlari was awarded The Philip W Cohen Memorial Scholarship. This award is given to the graduate endodontic resident who most demonstrates dedication to endodontics and commitment to professional excellence. He strives to continue this commitment of excellence in private practice. Dr. Aminlari worked for 5 years as an endodontist in the Metro Detroit area until he opened A2 Endodontics in November of 2016. He has been featured in the Hour Magazine multiple times. He currently maintains memberships in the American Dental Association (ADA), American Association of Endodontics (AAE), Michigan Dental Association (MDA), and Michigan Association of Endodontics (MAE), as well as the Washtenaw District Dental Society (WDDS). He holds office positions in the latter two societies. He has been published in dental and medical journals and is an adjunct assistant clinical professor at the University of Michigan in the Department of Endodontics. Dr. Aminlari and his wife, Jennifer, live in Green Oak Township. Jennifer is a general dentist, working in the Fenton area. On his free time, Dr. Aminlari enjoys biking, skiing, and spending time with Jennifer and their two young kids.
Dr. Ross Ryan was raised in Franklin, Michigan and graduated from Brother Rice High School in 2002. He then attended the University of Michigan where he was the starting punter for the Wolverines in the 2005 and 2006 seasons and received his Bachelor of Science in 2006. He was recognized as Michigan’s 2005 special team’s player of the year and earned Academic All-Big Ten honors in both 2005 and 2006. Dr. Ryan received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Michigan in 2011. He received further training at the AEGD (advanced education in general dentistry) residency at the Audie L. Murphy VA Hospital in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Ryan then attended the University of Illinois at Chicago where he completed his specialty training in endodontics in 2014. During his final year of residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago, Dr. Ryan won the dental college’s Clinic and Research Day award for his case presentation on regenerative endodontics. In 2017, Dr. Ryan became board certified, achieving Diplomate status with the American Board of Endodontics. Dr. Ryan is currently a member of the American Association of Endodontics, American Dental Association, Michigan Association of Endodontists, Michigan Dental Association and the Oakland County Dental Society. He is on the Board of Directors with the Michigan Association of Endodontists and has been voted a “Top Dentist” by a group of her peers in Hour Magazine every year since starting private practice in 2014. Outside of the office, Dr. Ryan spends most of his time with his wife Lauren and his four kids.
